Expedited Shipping - USPS Priority Mail: $9.99 Shipping and Handling plus additional units 2-5 add $2.00 each, additional units 6-10 add $1.50 each, and additional units 11- 100 add $1.00 each. Allow 3 to 5 days for processing and delivery.

Order Turn-Around: Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays within the United States. Upon placing your order, an electronic receipt containing your order number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us at info@8xstore.com. A separate shipment confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of shipment.
Return Policy: Please contact info@8xstore.com for return authorization prior to returning any damaged merchandise. We make every attempt to safely secure and ship all packages but in the event that you receive damaged merchandise, it should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If your product is damaged or defective Please contact us at info@8xstore.com for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Full replacement product will be issued for damaged or defective merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise. In any event, merchandise returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive by the estimated standard delivery time, it may be lost. If you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please feel free to contact us at info@8xstore.com .
Back Orders: We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out of stock product(s), holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock product(s) first and the out-of-stock product(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
